Dawuni & Ambolley Nominated For "Best World Artist"

Rocky Dawuni and Gyady Blay Ambolley have been nominated by LA Weekly Music for the "Best World Artist" for the 2003. The nominees were chosen on the basis of quality, regardless of commercial success or relative obscurity, with an eye toward emerging artists we feel deserve praise and encouragement for their efforts.

The LA Weekly Music Awards will be held June 26th at the John Anson Ford Theatre in Hollywood. Rocky Dawuni will be peforming live as part of the Verizon Music Festival at Temple Bar on Saturday, July 26 at 10:30pm alongside LA Weekly Music Award's
