Dear GhanaWeb,
My husband’s brother has been very supportive since my husband travelled outside the country three years ago.
He saw me through my pregnancy and made sure I never lacked anything. Even after birth, he served as my driver anytime I took my baby girl to the hospital for a check-up. A lot of people assumed he was my husband at the hospital and also praised him for the things he had been doing.
He is a good man, but he’s exhibiting some bad behaviours, and I don’t know if I should relate them to our relationship or not.
I fell asleep in the hall after we were both watching a movie. I dreamed someone was touching my skin and gently touching my nose. I woke up and realised it wasn’t a dream, but my brother-in-law was doing that to me.
I pretended not to have seen him, and he did that for 20 minutes. I thought it was a one-time thing, but after a few days, I was asleep in my bedroom when I felt a touch on my body.
This time around, the person migrated to my breast area. I woke up, and it was my husband’s brother who was doing that to me. He was filming the whole thing, too.
At this moment, I do not know whether to inform my husband or keep it to myself.
Also, I told my mother about it, and she suggested I sack him out of the house. This man has been too good to me, and I don’t think I could treat him that way.
What do I do?
