Dear GhanaWeb,
He's been on my radar ever since we shared our first kiss.
I was a lonely lady minding my business when we met at a church event. He said he loved my engagement during the Bible studies and wanted me to be his Bible teacher.
God would have even punished me if I had declined to help someone who wanted to learn His word. We met three times a week, and I never noticed he was married until my penultimate class with him.
I tried not to engage in deep conversations with him again because it reached a point where we met and spoke about issues that went beyond our reason for meeting.
The lesson came to an end, but he wasn’t ready to draw the curtains down because, in his words, he felt good anytime we met.
I made it clear to him that I didn’t want to get involved with a married man, but he said that shouldn’t be a barrier to the unique friendship we had built.
I fell for those soothing words and continued our friendship until we got caught up in a moment and kissed.
He’s been calling and texting me, but I have refused to respond to any of them.
In one of his texts, he wrote that he wants to go beyond friendship. That made my heart skip a beat, and I was happy as well because I had fallen in love with him.
He gave me sweet moments, and in just a few months, my love for him has become immeasurable, which is the first time I have developed such strong feelings for a guy.
A part of me wants him, and the other part reminds me of the sin I’ll be committing if I say yes to him.
I honestly do not know what to choose.
What do I do?
