We all know Diamond Appiah to be a very controversial figure. Some few months ago, most people were shocked when she announced that she will be contesting for the Trobu Constituency parliamentary seat come November 7th elections this year.
Diamond who is a musician and an actress and also CEO of Diamond Cosmetics has in a new post on her Instagram account chided the opposition party over their fundraising campaign, cautioning people not to donate any money to the NPP before they can get the change they want.
She posited that African leaders have a smart way of taking money from its followers. According to Diamond, she’s against this campaign by the NPP asking loyal party members to Donate for change.
“???????????? African Politicians always have a smart way of taking money willingly from the masses or through government coffers. Brethren DO NOT DONATE FOR CHANGE but instead VOTE FOR CHANGE bcos ur money will end up in some people’s pockets. We live in a Society where donations can’t be accounted for so until then Save your 5ghc for Kenkey!” Diamond Appiah wrote on Instagram
