Diamond shoots movies in Nigeria

The sensational Diamond Appiah who became the toast of hundreds of Ghanaian music fans with her hit songs, ‘Kaa Fe Dull’, ‘Taste My Apple’ among others left the shores of Ghana a few weeks ago for Nigeria to develop her career and also shoot her upcoming movies.

Diamond has kept her style conservative but elegant always and appears unique at events and on stage.

Speaking to BEATWAVES in a telephone interview last Tuesday, she said she decided to relocate to Nigeria to shoot her upcoming movies and also work on her new singles which would be released next year.

Diamond, who has received quite a number of reviews in the music arena recently, following what pundits have described as her wild, top of the range and extreme fashion, disclosed she is in Nigeria to develop both her acting and musical careers to meet the challenges ahead of her, adding that she decided to shoot her movies in Nigeria because the Nigerian movie industry is the biggest in Africa.

“Shooting my movie in Nigeria is the best decision I took because Nigeria has the best personalities with professional skills and I’m happy working with them.”
