Popular Ghanaian musician and transgender, Angel Maxine, has cautioned entertainment pundit Amanda Jissih to be careful with her comments about cross-dressers in the country.
Maxine insists that Amanda should provide evidence to back her claims that cross-dressers are gay, or else she should refrain from making such statements.
She warned that if Amanda continues to spread false information publicly, she would reveal Amanda's secrets, potentially damaging her reputation.
In a video shared by Marigyata on Instagram, the transgender musician criticized Amanda for targeting cross-dressers instead of addressing the illegal mining (galamsey) issue in the country.
"Amanda, I heard you making ignorant comments about LGBT+ to revive your fading career. Why can't you use your influence to combat galamsey? You are irrelevant and displaying your ignorance. You claim cross-dressers are what?
"Do you want us to expose you on social media? Do you know the secrets I have about you since you made that statement? Don't try it. Do you have proof that cross-dressers are gay?" Maxine said in Twi.
This confrontation follows Amanda's remarks on the United Showbiz programme, where she stated that most female celebrities who cross-dress are gay and use their outfits to hide it.
Maxine, however, disagrees with this assertion, considering it untrue.
Amanda has yet to respond to Maxine's claims.
