Kumawood actor, Berma Bediide has asked President Akufo-Addo not to give money to any actor to shoot sensitizing Coronavirus campaigns.
The actor said it will be prudent if the President uses such money to take care of those who are affected by the disease or in other activities that would help to curb its spread.
He made this appeal when speaking in an interview with Zion Felix on the ‘Uncut Show’.
Bediide stated that it is time for actors in the country to show patriotism and use their talent to help without thinking about the money they would earn.
He also appealed to TV stations in the country to accept educative videos from actors without charging them a penny when some of them show interest in contributing their quota through such avenues.
The comic actor revealed he is ready to work as a ‘Coronavirus Ambassador’ for free if the government calls on him.
