Songstress Ebony Reigns has been honoured as the best "Female Musician of the Year" at the 2017 edition of People’s Celebrity Awards held at the Accra International Conference Centre.
The second edition of the popular People’s Celebrity Awards saw Ghanaian influential personalities and celebrities throng the auditorium of the Accra International Conference Centre on Saturday night to have fun while others were there to receive their plaque for their good work.
The highlight of the night came when Ebony took the stage to perform her live ensemble of songs. The songstress took the crowd on a journey, performing songs from her album 'Bonyfied'.
Ebony beat Adina, Becca, Diana Hamilton, Efya, Feli Nuna, Joyce Blessing, Mz Vee, Patience Nyarko, Sista Afia to win the award.
The 90's badgal performed hit songs like “Aseda”, “Poison”, “Turn on the Light”, “Kupe”, “Date Ur Fada”, “Maame Hwe” and “Hustle” to thrill patrons at the venue.
The awards night also saw outstanding performances from, Shatta Wale and his Militants, TeePhow, Kuami Eugene, Kidi, Fancy Gadam, Gifty Osei.
Behind the deck were Ghanaian celebrated DJ Black, DJ Vyrusky, and many others.
The event which was headlined by GN Bank Mobile Money and spearheaded by SpyderLee Entertainment saw a gathering of celebrities across the entertainment fields and media personnel from across the country.
