Ekow Micah officially releases reggae song 'Nayabingi'

He is the most vilified, tagged with so many hefty negative headlines but musically, he is one of the few legends Ghana and Africa as a whole has ever produced.

After splintering into the music industry three decades ago with about ten albums like ‘Ashanti Reggae,’ ‘Nansayi Wayefe,’ ‘Masiwo Hemaa,’ ‘Odo Kasa,’ and ‘95 Cedis’ that ignited the entire continent like a South Korean missile ,Legendary Reggae/highlife musician; Ekow Micah has officially released a world Class debut song for 2017 titled ‘Nayabingi”

Under the production of 'Lion Heart Muzic',’Nayabingi’ is a quintessential reggae song that was recorded live by Sammy Helwani. Crooned in the local dialect,’Nayabingi’ which literally means natural, is a song for the lovers. It pinpoints the essence of a man being confident in letting a woman he loves know how seductive she is without a makeup and Brazilian hair.

Objectively,it's a song legendary actor Dr Rokoto of Akan Drama fame, Nollywood actor Pete Edochie and Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe who are transcendent in proverbs are going to envy a lot considering how Ekow Micah proverbially arranged his lyrics.

Dancehall music is currently the reigning genre in Ghana with Shatta Wale ,Stonebwouy,Samini and Jupiter being the frontrunners but looking at how Ekow Micah’s ‘Nayabingi' song has been well produced, its actually a song that wouldn’t just be the 'Song of the year 'contender at the 2018 Ghana music awards but would also be a contender for the Grammys.
