Entertainment show producers are lazy - Big Mike

Producer for award winning Entertainment show, GH Entertainment on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, Big Mike has taken a swipe at some of his colleague producers.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with rainbowradioonline.com, the producer who has been producing multiple-award winning host Agyemang Prempeh for years said, some producers in the entertainment industry, are shallow and lacks the aptness for the job.

In his view, some of the producers do not conduct research into their work and so, they fail to produce shows that can captivate listeners. He believes producers should break the boundaries and dig deeper to roll out well packaged shows for their listeners.

He also took a swipe at hosts who keep changing their producers at every given opportunity. Although he declined to give examples, he encouraged show hosts to desist from changing their producers but was quick to add that, those who do not appear to be competent or apt for the job could be axed.

‘’To be fair, some producers are doing their best but others are messing up. They do not employ professionalism in their work nor do they do conduct research into their work.’’ Big Mike also challenged his colleague producers to avoid laziness, be innovative and indigenous in their work.
