Ghanaian fashionista and socialite Osebo the Zaraman has addressed recent rumours regarding his health, clarifying that his extended stay in Italy was not due to an illness.
In an interview with Accra FM, Osebo, real name Richard Brown, clarified that he was in good health and was not sick as some people speculated. He added that aside from issues with his left leg, he was fine.
Responding to comments that he still fell sick despite his claims to eat only organic foods, Osebo pointed out that even animals that eat organic foods can fall sick.
"Cattle eat organic foods and healthy foods, yet they still fall sick. Anybody or anything can get sick, it's a normal process. If you don't get sick, you are different," he stated.
He emphasised that while eating organic foods may reduce the frequency of illness, it does not guarantee immunity from all health issues.
Osebo further explained that during his time in Italy, he was rather focused on launching his new fashion brand, the ‘Osebo Brand’, which includes a line of fashionable shoes.
He explained that this business venture was another reason for his prolonged stay in the country.
“I was trying to launch my fashion brand. I have a line of fashionable shoes that I’m launching, the Osebo brand. That was why I spent a long time in Italy,” he explained.
