The Exopa Modelling Agency will Saturday May 16 organise auditions to select modelling for its annual L-Fashion Night in Accra.
The L-Fashion Night was introduced in 2008 to bring some innovations into Ghana's fashion industry whilst promoting African fabrics.
It also introduces new trends onto the runway and helps nurture plump models who are interested in modelling.
The agency company is yet to announce the date for the main event but it says auditions for the show will come off on May 16, 2015 at the Exopa Burg from 1pm to select plus size models.
The upcoming event will be Exopa's first runway event after CEO Sima Ibrahim passes on.
It will precede a special runway event to be organised in his memory.
The last L-Fashion Night came off in August 2014 amidst interesting performances by upcoming musicians and dancers.
There were amazing African fabric designs on display by Nallem Clothing, Allan David and graduates from the Joyce Ababio College of Creative Designs including Lina's Cut, Josiah, Twinkle Collection and KF Tailoring.
The centre of attraction at that ceremony was a 35-year-old plus size Ghanaian model, Diana Owiredu, who came on the runway looking very pregnant.
