Members of the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG) are allegedly outraged at President John Mahama over claims that the President did not recognize the association in his recent dealings with the creative arts industry.

President John Mahama allegedly snubbed the association’s membership few days ago when he met with top ‘guns’ in the creative arts industry.

Everyone who matters in the industry was invited for the said meeting except members of FIPAG, who have always portrayed themselves as “the powers that be in Ghana’s movie industry.”

The association’s President, Augustine Abbey, popularly known as Idikoko was totally ignored. Not even the controversial Producer and Public Relations Officer of FIPAG, Socrates Sarfo’s loud mouth on radio got him some attention to be invited for the said meeting.

NEWS-ONE has gathered that even though members did not want to openly admit the development, they were really mad.
