Face of Nursing Students’ Association event held

The annual UDS, Tamale campus Face of Nursing Students’ Association (NSA) event was successfully held on Sunday, 8th March 2020 at the New Auditorium of the University.

This was the 4th edition of the event ever since its inception in 2016. This night was fun-filled with thrilling performances from 6 young gorgeous ladies from the Level 100 class.

After hours of exciting performance and intriguing display of talent for the ultimate crown, one of the contestants by name Lillian was crowned and adjudged Face of NSA 2020. In second and third place came two other beautiful ladies, Hajara and Thelma.

This year’s event welcomed mouthwatering prizes with the winner, Lillian taking home a coveted Face of NSA crown, a bouquet of flowers, a tabletop fridge, a hand dryer, packages from sponsors, a sponsorship to embark on any project of choice and an automatic qualification for the Face of University Nursing Students Association of Ghana (UNSAG) pageant.

The first runner up, Hajara also took home a microwave, hand dryer and packages from sponsors. Automatic qualification for Face of UNSAG pageant and Miss Health Ghana were also given.

The second runner up, Thelma took away a rice cooker, a hair straightener and also packages from the sponsors.

Hampers were awarded to ladies who excelled in various categories of performance like best Catwalk, Most eloquent, People’s Choice, Miss Talent and Miss Congeniality.

This year’s event proved to be a night full of excitement, fun and entertainment.
