Thousands who had converged at the Oduponkpehe Park, Kasoa for the Zylofon Cash Kasaval begun seeking shelter when the rains started but returned immediately when the Agrohene of the town, Akoo Nana, mounted the stage to perform.
The musician, who was not only on the bill but part of the organization, upon seeing the crowd disperse, jumped onto the stage to engage them.
The crowd cheered him up and sung along as he performed his hit song 'Mmai'.
Kasaval, put together by Zylofon Cash, Supreme Africa, 3Million Entertainment and Money Making Movement was aimed at climaxing the celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr at Kasoa.
The occasion presented an opportunity to Kasoa-based up and coming artistes to showcase their talents. Known acts who graced the stage included Epixode, Rudeboy Ranking, Jupitar, Tinny and Eze.
Prior to the musical concert, there was the Zylofon buffet and horse ride procession led by the Odikro, Nai Mohammed Sani Seidu Yusif III.
