Fear of my children taking after ended my love for smoking - Afia Schwarzenegger

Ghanaian comedienne and television personality, Afia Schwarzenegger has said although she used to enjoy smoking, She quit because she did not want her children to take after her.

Afia who was speaking to Yvonne Okoro on her show which airs on GhOne TV indicated that smoking was one of the things she used to enjoy doing during her youthful years but she is ageing and has a family so she needs to put up a good behaviour so her children do not become corrupted by her ill ways.

Afia said “When you hit your 30s, there are certain things you don’t do. So yes, I have smoked before, I enjoyed it, but nobody had to tell me to quit smoking”

“I made the decision to quit because I’m growing. I’ve got kids and that is not what I want my kids to see … I have learnt to put up a good behaviour.”
