Fella was captured in the sickbed immovably and her face looks like she was in a deep state of unconsciousness.
She had some tubes connected to her right wrist, with something that looked like a handcuff attached to the hospital bed.
YEN.com.gh sighted the photo which is trending on social media and gaining much traction because many people are wondering about what could be happening to her.
According to reports making rounds on social media, Fella could be suffering from depression.
The reports state that the actress was facing issues in her relationship with her boyfriend Medikal, leading her into that situation.
It must be noted, however, that it could be the photo is from an upcoming movie.
Most of these actresses share such photos and later come to say it was not real, but a scene from a movie.
