Feminism doesn't call for disrespect towards men – Martha Ankomah

Actress Martha Ankomah has explained her understanding of feminism. The renowned actress asserted that being a feminist does not warrant disrespect for men, neither should it stop women from being submissive and showing respect to their husbands.

“People don’t get it, being a feminist doesn’t mean you should not respect your husband and be submissive to him”, she said.

Martha added that, feminism is the act of fighting for equal rights and standing for what is right. According to her, there is nothing wrong with women cooking for their husbands

Martha Ankomah also announced that she is single and still searching for a life partner.
