CEO of Lynx entertainment, Richie Mensah says hip-life musician, Flexy Da Don is a disrespectful artiste in an interview on Showbiz Agenda with Sammy Flex on Zylofon 102.1 FM.

“Whoever Flexy Da Don is, he is very disrespectful. He should learn how to speak to established people in this industry. I have worked very hard in this industry for fifteen years and managed to build a brand for myself, so he should not insult me”, he stated.

Flexy recently took to Facebook to throw jabs at Richie and his team for denying him a collaboration with their signed artiste, Kuami Eugene on his new song. According to Flexy, he requested to feature Kuami Eugene on a song but the record manager asked him to wait, but this call did not go down well with him.

“My Facebook post was triggered by the high rate of discrimination in this industry. They had no reason to ask me to wait. If Richie did not like my song, he should have told me”, he told Sammy Flex.

However, Richie says he has no idea who Flexy Da Don is, and also could not recollect if truly, he had made advances for collaboration with any of their artistes.

“I know nothing about him, several artiste call us in a week for featuring so I would not be able to remember if he called us. Whoever this artiste is, should do something recognizable to be noticed or better still, switch careers”, he added.

Nevertheless, according to Flexy, he still stands by his point that discrimination is an issue in the music industry and he is no longer interested in the collaboration.

Flexy Da Don is responsible for songs like Banana, “Wodetataa me” and “Ose odo me”.
