Frederica Kitisu debuts new single

Frederica Kitisu, a new gospel songstress is out with her debut single titled, “Nyame Kyen” meaning “God is more than all”.

Federica is also a song writer, who started singing at age four. In 1991 she recorded her first song with the late father of Kwame Yeboah Jnr, together with Kwame Yeboah himself at their KK Number 2 studio.

Since it was a highlife song, friends and family advised her not to venture into highlife music, because she was too young.

In 1993 she recorded another highlife song, which turn out to be popular, so she contacted Daddy Lumber for help, who was impressed so expressed the desire to produce the song.

We signed an agreement then went to Musiga, where she was registered as a member of Musiga. After all these positive developments, she was still advised to quit music and focus on her education.

She was also advised to try her hands on gospel, but since she was not a Christian at the time, she could not see herself singing gospel.

Later In 1995 she became born again, after which she recorded her first gospel song between 2006-2008, but as fate would have it, she got no one to help to produce it.

As a result she vowed to save money to enable her produce the song herself, which is out now.
