Funny Face launches support for aspiring MP Salinco

Comedian and actor, Funny Face has promised his unflinching support to his colleague, Abraham Kofi Davies popularly known as Salinco in his bid to contest in the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) Parliamentary primaries.

Salinco who confirmed his intention after his poster went viral on social media has picked his forms to contest in the primaries at the Atwima Kwawoma Constituency in the Ashanti Region.

According to Funny Face, he is willing to give Salinco all the support he would need to achieve his ambition.

“Am proud of you bro… God bless you… You have my full support in anything you decide to do in life!! #Brotherssticktogether…!! #kiko #Salinco” he posted on Facebook.

A number of people have in the showbiz circles have decided to venture into politics, seek endorsement as parliamentary candidates for their respective constituencies and serve their interest.

Already, television personality/voice over artiste Kwame Djokoto, actress Ebi Bright and former TV3 presenter Don Arthur have secured their candidature on the ticket of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Tarkwa Nsuaem, Tema Central and Effutu Constituency constituencies respectively.
