It's unfortunate that Funny Face and Elizabeth’s marriage failed and its heart breaking to see websites posting pictures of Elizabeth and calling her names because her marriage failed.
“Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.” - John 8:7b (MEV).
We are living lives of hypocrisy and pretend all is well with us and our relationships, yet we are suffering in silence. Some cannot even get the blessing of a marriage not to talk about failed marriage.
Some live on borrowed lives, borrowed car, borrowed diet, borrowed apartment, and even borrowed girlfriend/boyfriend but are happy with their lives. They are not bold enough to talk about their story. Beside all that we present ourselves as people who are faultless and know better about others’ failed ventures.
The bible calls you blind. Yes you are blind, deal with your personal issues before you jump unto that of others.
"Blind Pharisees! First cleanse the inside of the cup, and then the whole cup will be clean" - Matthew 23:26 (TLB).
We are a country united by football, united by excitement; why can't we learn from such events and stand with our friends in bad times? Do you think it was easy for them to let go?
Do you think making politics out of someone’s personal issues makes you a better person?
Its rather unfortunate for any man to jubilate in the instance of someone’s failure. Shame to all those who are happy because of their misfortune.
The bible cautions "Do not rejoice when your enemy meets trouble. Let there be no gladness when he falls" - Proverbs 24:17 (TLB).
Rather pray for them, support them in any way you can. If you can't, the best you can do is to remain mute. To Funny Face, marriage is private, if your marriage didn't work, its not the end of life. Take stock of your relationship and become a better person. Its not worth disrespecting the woman you once called a better half.
In this life, quality attracts quality, if you go about telling the public how bad your ex-spouse is, remember you are not different.
Never mistaken your partner’s silence for a weakness, for no one plans a murder out loud. If I were you, I will be extra careful.
Too much talking doesn't portray how good or strong a person you are. Strong people always have their lives in order. Even with tears in their eyes, they still manage to say "I am okay" with smile.
