Ghana Dancehall artistes are in trouble again as a new artiste steps up boldly in the Dancehall music.
Dancehall music is taking over Ghana gradually. Artistes like Stone Buoy (Current VGMA artiste of the year), Shatta Wale, Samini, Mz Vee among others have made it big in the music industry but upcoming dancehall artiste and the leader of TeamBaam officially Baddest Nation Crew (BNC) known in the showbiz as “STYLE” has released about ten singles which really sound good.
This Dancehallkhid with the real name Richmond Nii Odartey Lamptey which happens to be the junior brother of famous musician Gasmilla of the Telemo hit started his music career back in Ada Senior High School and popularly known as Frekenzy.
Tracks of the Dansoman based artiste have made several hits around the place. He has performed on big platforms like the AICC, The Dome, National Theatre as well several beaches across the country.
“Money” is the title of one of his singles which he released for the youth to aspire them make more success in life featuring Benny Cyprus. It was produced by Youngteammuzik. Other hit singles are “Friend Them”, “Marijuana (Tanpe)”, “Girls Girls” etc.
