The NPP government has struck a deal with Intercontinental Commerce Corporation (ICC) of the United States to start building a metro (subway) system in Accra.
The agreement is expected to be formalised later this year and an announcement made in November. Construction will start in February 2005, i.e if you vote for NPP.
The initial line will run from Kaneshie to Labadi with 10 stops and will cost $400 million. It will employ 100,000 Ghanaians
