Ghana USA Peace Concert which had Maccasio, Patapaa, KiDi, others billed recorded less than 50 people

The Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale was expected to house over 30,000 music fans on Saturday July 28, 2018 but Asembi.com has gathered that the much publicised and heavily sponsored Ghana USA Peace Concert recorded less than fifty (50) people in attendance.

The Concert, organised by Marwus Entertainment LLC USA, had Kuami Eugene, Kidi, Patapaa, Highlife veteran K.K. Fosu, Dadzie Opanka, USA based Willy Deep, Maccasio, Attacker, Double T and a few others on the bill.

Maccasio’s inclusion was expected to fill the stadium as the artiste records over 20,000 people in attendance during his concerts. This has raised questions if Maccasio and Fancy Gadam bus fans to the stadium during their concerts.

Ahead of the concert, Maccasio, a strong force to reckon with in the Tamale warned Patapaa to be mindful of utterances claiming no one can take hold of his territory. Patapaa employed all tactics to hype the event but seems like Ghanaians are already fed up with the One Corner musician.

The Ghana United Nation Association partnered event was pegged at GHC20 and GHC30 for regular and VIP respectively and was hosted by Mona Gucci and DJ Parar.

Asembi.com also gathered that the Ghana USA Peace Concert is the highest paying event Ghanaian artistes have enjoyed this year so far. Further checks by this website revealed that no photos from the event have been shared on social media.

According to managing Director of Marwus Entertainment LLC USA, Monalisa Semaha, the concert was aimed at solidifying the peace and harmony being experienced by the people of the North.
