The rapper is said to have died whilst he was being sent to the 37 Military Hospital in Accra for medical attention, late Sunday, March 22, 2015.

According to reliable sources, he died from a "bilateral massive pulmonary embolism” (the blockage of the main artery of the lung or one of its branches by a substance that has travelled from elsewhere in the body through the bloodstream).

It is a condition where a clot of blood prevents blood circulation to the lungs, increases the pressure to the heart and causes an almost instantaneous death.

Ghetto KB recorded and featured on several hit songs including ‘African Name’ by Sway, ‘Radio’, ‘One Night Stand’, ‘No Other Love’, ‘Bills On Me’, and ‘Number One’.
