Ghanaian cookbook author is a contender in NBC's Chef Challenge !

September 20th 2011 - The author of the Ghanaian cookbook "Akwaaba: A Taste of Ghana ", Sandra Amoako, has been chosen as a contender on NBC's Chef Challenge on the Today show! She is one of three contenders in this competition and is featuring her chicken peanut soup recipe. The contender with the most votes on Today Food's facebook fan page will be chosen as the winner and will have a chance to appear on the Today show.
