Few young and talented Ghanaian designers are going to feature their latest collections at the World Fashion 4 Development’s forthcoming fundraising event Giving Back Bazaar, slated to take place on March 18-19, 2013 in Seoul, South Korea.

Focusing mainly on Africa, the event will present creations from an impressive line-up of African designers, including April Rust, Babatunde, Banke Kuku, CLAN, Duaba Serwa, Kiko Romeo and Koshie O.

Organized by the Korea Formal Style Association (KOFOSA), the two-day-long charity event will be supported by South South News, Advanced Development for Africa (ADA), Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, ONE ASIA and Japan Formal Style Association (JAFA).

Started in June 2011, World Fashion 4 Development (WF4D) is a non-profit program that utilizes the power of global fashion industry to promote education and increase awareness and funding for job creation in countries with poor economic development structures.

The program raises funds for scholarships to train individuals in fashion and thereby empower their communities to build a sustainable future.
