To say we are impressed about the recent rampant events put together by gospel artistes in the country will be an understatement. Flex newspaper is ready to support and project every gospel artiste who is ready to put up his or her own show.

Before going to bed for this week`s production, we could count about four different artistes who are preparing for their own shows in the capital city and this is a great move to sustain the love of gospel music in Ghana. On the 28th of May 2017, Superintendent Kofi Sarpong will be hosting his S.P. Kofi Sarpong Live in Concert at the National theatre with some industry greats and it`s believed to be one of the most anticipated concerts in the capital. Though this is not the first time the police officer is hosting the concert, we hope the concert will be a great success.

Celestine Donkor has made a name for herself as one of the best female performers in the gospel fraternity and for the past five years, she has been hosting the Celestial Praiz and this year 2017 will be the 6th year she is hosting the concert. Alongside a South African gospel artiste, she is poised to raise the bar once again with events. This year`s event comes off on 1st May 2017 at the Perez Dome in Dzorwulu.

Diana Antwi Hamilton is one name in the gospel fraternity who has gotten a breakthrough in both Ghana and United Kingdom- London. She is also poised to do magic on two separate days in Kumasi and in Accra. On the 7th of May 2017, the CCB Auditorium in Kumasi will be hosting Diana Antwi Hamilton with some Ghanaian super stars whilst on the 13th May 2017, Accra will witness her magic at the National Theatre.

The new breed of artistes are also not leaving stones unturned as Eugene Zuta is preparing for his album launch at Mount Olivet on 30th April which is expected to see most of the contemporary gospel artistes on the day.
