The world has been thrown into further state of sorrow and melancholy with the passing of a man many tout as the greatest country musician of all time.
Kenny Rogers, the legendary American singer passed on this morning in what a family representative described as "peacefully at home from natural causes".
The Gambler, Lucille and Coward Of The County are three of the most popular songs of the legendary singer whose career spanned over six decades.
He is the 10th best-selling male artist in US history in terms of album sales.
He collaborated with other country music legends during his career, including Dolly Parton and Willie Nelson.
Some Ghanaians who for decades enjoyed his works have been paying tribute to him on social media.

Years back, and it’s not decades, just some few years ago. Kenny Rogers’ songs mended our hearts and relaxed our minds somehow when we had ‘broken heart’.
