Gifty Osei mourns death of her 'son'

Top Ghanaian gospel musician, Gifty ‘Empress’ Osei, is heartbroken after losing her ‘son.’Gifty confirmed the death of her ‘son’ on Tuesday after sharing a sad video on her Instagram page which showed a very sick little boy lying motionlessly in a hospital bed.

She captioned the video, “Ben is gone … with a heavy and sorryful heart … I will not see you on my birthday …”

Apparently, Benjamin Adzi Essien was one of the children she frequently visited at the Motherly Love Foundation.

The video may have been his last moments on earth as he gave up the ghost.

Currently, Gifty has been one of the top gospel musicians in Ghana after releasing her first album ‘Aseda’ in 2004.
