Programs Manager and radio personality with Accra-based Live FM, Giovani Caleb and television host Peace Hyde will host the season of 5 of MTN Hit maker competition, www.nydjlive.com can exclusively report.
According to our reliable sources, the two will host the musical talent hunt show from its audition stages to the main event which will run weekly on various television platforms.
This will be the first for Giovani Caleb who has over the years won the hearts of many with his unique sense of humour, deep voice and fun-filled hosting skills.
Giovani is not new to TV as he hosted the Late Night Celebrity Show on Etv Ghana. His ability to welcome and overcome any challenge thrown at him earned him the title the ‘super sub’.
Peace Hyde will return as co-host after excellently carrying out the same duty during Season 4 of the MTN Hitmaker.
Auditions for MTN Hit Maker Season 5 starts in Kumasi on April 30. The train will then move to Takoradi and make a final stop at the NAFTI studios in Accra later in May.
Up for grabs is a GHC100,000 recording deal.
