Radio man and R&B crooner Jon Germain’s recent single “Crazy”, is not only widely loved in Ghana, but has also secured him respect from esteemed names on the global music front, such as Grammy-nominated Swedish record producer Lukas Nathanson.
An elated Germain, took to micro-blogging site Twitter on Thursday, January 18, to share the great news with his followers:

Nathanson (born in 1986), has been associated with top names as Akon, Chris Brown, Boyz II Men, The Saturdays, Priscilla Renea, and Prince Royce. His rating of “Crazy” as awesome, adds to an array of high-profile connoisseurs who have touted Germain’s work as great in the past. It further speaks to the singer’s stature as a respected name in the genre across the continent.
Germain is a popular face in the Ghanaian media landscape; being engaged by such outfits as Choice FM, Metro TV, X FM, and currently Starr FM, but he has also been involved in music since a young age ( he’s a former member of bands MGKK 4 and Van Greene). His 2010 debut THIS IS WHO I AM has been nominated by Channel O, SOUNDCITY, MOAMAS (New York, USA), and the Ghana Music Awards, and has won him laurels at the 4Syte Music Awards Africa, among others.
On-air personality on Accra-based Starr 103.5 FM, Germain’s other singles include “Mary Jane”, and “Threesome”.
