Ghana’s representative at this year’s Miss Universe pageant, Hanniel Jamin, is hoping to improve the country’s previous performance at the event.
Jamin told enewsgh.com before departing on October 25 that she is hoping for the best.
“I am just going to do my best. I am going to represent Ghana to the fullest. I need the support of every single Ghanaian; they should support me in every possible way they can.”
Miss Universe 2013 will be the 62nd edition. It will be held on November 9, at the Crocus City Hall, in Moscow, Russia.
This year’s winner takes over from Olivia Culpo, Miss Universe 2012. Some eighty seven (87) countries are taking part in this year’s event.
