He said the choir would blend popular local and international music with unknown but infectious Gospel songs to entertain those who would fill the Accra International Conference Centre venue for the show.
Mr. Asante said the concept of the show - use of gospel music as vehicle for reaching out to souls - would be maintained to offer gospel musicians an opportunity to fulfil the Great Commission.
He said the choir had explored new direction in gospel music performance, advanced its show to another level with its own unique identity and contemporary gospel music.
Harvest Praise 2006 is expected to attract gospel music lovers, cross section of Ghanaian populace, the Diplomatic Corp, the academia, Chiefs and Christian faithful.
Mr. Asante who is also a deacon at Harvest Chapel said the essence of the show was to offer both Christians and non-Christians an opportunity to reflect on the spiritual ramifications of Christ's death, burial and resurrection.
"By the time it is over, you should have known that you have been in His presence. Nothing should suffice than being in His presence and relating with Him," Mr Folson said Harvest Praise 2006 would use various musical instruments - the melody of the bass line or guitar riff, harmonious voices of the choristers, serenity of the keyboard tone and the power of the words to reach out to souls.
