Pastor Brian Amoateng’s long trail of IYES ambassadors seems to have left him to his own fate as Ghanaians heavily descended on him for saying the church is not responsible for providing free hand sanitizers to its members during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Scores of Ghanaian celebrities including Efia Odo, Eddie Nartey, Mzbel, Deborah Vanessa, Salma Mumin, Jasmine Baroudi, rapper Edem, among others called him a greedy pastor and also labeled him as insensitive for passing such comments.
But in all of this, none of his IYES ambassadors which include Jackie Appiah, Nikki Samonas, Deloris Frimpong Manso (Delay), Ama K Abebrese, Emelia Brobbey, ASP Kofi Sarpong and DJ Switch sought to publicly defend him, either in any comment session or on their personal social media pages.
Afia Schwarzenegger who is the latest to join in the conversation on social media has also exposed the pastor for secretly begging her to post a video of himself apologizing to Ghanaians.
According to her, none of Pastor Amoateng’s ambassadors accepted to post the apology video since they were equally disappointed in him.
“Pastor Brian Amoateng, you call me Afia Schwarzenegger to post your apology and back your bullshit. It is an insult to everything I stand for. Where are your IYES ambassadors? They have despised you because of what you said. They are all ashamed of you. Have you seen any of them coming to defend you?” she added.
