Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has called on Ghanaians to support Stonebwoy, urging him to work on his temperament and learn to manage his reactions to criticism.

Speaking during a TikTok Live session on October 21, 2026, Shatta Wale said he knows Stonebwoy personally and believes the musician needs people who can offer him genuine support and guidance.

According to him, Stonebwoy's temperament could be one of the reasons some people have distanced themselves from him, adding that those close to the musician should help him make positive changes.

“He should try to learn how to calm himself down and look for a good life. People are just scared to come out and say he has bad character but it’s we that can help him,” he said.

Shatta Wale further stated that Stonebwoy's former manager, Blakk Cedi, still has love for the musician despite their past differences.

‘I’m not in this world to prove I’m better than anybody’ – Shatta Wale declares

“I know Stonebwoy personally, and for me to even walk with Blakk Cedi in Jamaica, you guys should know there will be a conversation. Blakk Cedi still loves Stonebwoy, but people need to come out and help him. They all know that because of his bad temperament, that’s why they’re all not with him,” he shared.

He explained that his own experiences with criticism on social media had taught him to distinguish between comments worth considering and those he needed to ignore.

“I’ve been on social media so many times, and people have said things that I had to decide which one to take and which one to ignore, which has helped my life,” Shatta Wale stated.

He urged Ghanaians to look beyond public disagreements and offer Stonebwoy the support he believes the musician needs.

“With him, Ghanaians should help him. He’s going through something that we need to pay attention to,” he added.
