Twifo Praso (C/R), May 11, GNA - Workers of some decentralized departments are said to have run for their lives on Monday when flood waters from a heavy downpour carried snakes into their offices. Mr Peter K Ayirezang, the District Police Commander, told the GNA on Tuesday that the affected departments included the Non- Formal Education Division, Area Council Office, Lands Commission and CHRAJ as well as the Police Station.

Mr Peter K Ayirezang, the District Police Commander, told the GNA on Tuesday that the affected departments included the Non- Formal Education Division, Area Council Office, Lands Commission and CHRAJ as well as the Police Station. He said several vital documents including dockets and files were soaked. Mr Ayirezang said this is the second time that his offices had been flooded and appealed to the Police Administration to re-locate the police station.
