Henry Evicted From Voice Factory Season II

Henry Mah Junior became the first contestant to be evicted from Season II of Citi FM's ‘Voice Factory’ music reality show on Wednesday, June 23.

Tensions were high as it was the first eviction show of the radio talent hunt, which took place on ‘Citi Drive’ around 4:45 pm. The eviction show was filled with much suspense.

The eviction comes just days after the first performance episode of the show, which took place on Saturday June 19, 2010, where the contestants performed for the first time before the judges. The contestants had the choice of their favorite tunes and dedicated it to their favorite personalities.

Henry Mah Junior performed Mad by Neyo but faulted numerously. The judges noted that he had a problem with his diction and his ability to control his voice behind the microphone. Henry scored 2.25% of the total votes collated, which is made up of 40% votes of judges and 60% votes from the general public.

The contestants recorded the following results for the voting; Angel recorded 6.01%; Melody, 15.40%; Sammy, 12.77%; Abigail, 16.37%; Angela, 15.91%; Joshua, 4.90%; Joy, 7.45%; Victoria, 11.68%; and Philip, 7.25%.
