How to make bramble cocktail

Ingredients

1½ oz. gin

½ oz. Pedro Ximenez sherry

½ oz. sugar syrup

¾ oz. lime juice

Balsamic vinegar

Raspberry

Caster sugar

Crushed ice

Gadgets

rocks glass, muddler, teaspoon, squeezer, jigger, bar spoon, drinking straws

Preparation

Preparation 1. Place 4 raspberries into rocks glass and muddle.

2. Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice 3. Pour in ¾ Oz. of lemon juice, ½ oz. of sugar syrup, ½ oz. of Pedro Ximenez

4. sherry and 1½ 02. of gin

5. Add 2 dashes of balsamic vinegar and stir gently

6. Top up with crushed ice

7. Garnish with a teaspoon and a raspberry, sprinkled with caster sugar
