How to prepare Gimlet

Technique: Shake

Ingredients:

2 oz. gin

1 oz. lime juice

Ice

Lime zest, for garnish

Gadgets:

Cocktail glass

Squeezer

Jigger

Shaker

Strainer

Preparation:

Pour 1 oz. of lime juice and 2 oz. of gin into a shaker

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with lime zest
