“We would embark on this activity to recognise creative people who have done a lot but are not being rewarded. What we did with Patapaa is jus the first of the many we will be doing in the coming days and I think Ghanaians are welcoming it. Fortunately on that night we honoured Patapaa, we had King Promise performing so we had a long chat and I believe he will also be having his soon.” Dennies Laryea stated.
Explaining why the ‘One Corner’ hitmaker was surprised with the Most Popular Song Of The Year honoury award, Dennis Laryea revealed that “We are all aware that Patapaa did a good job last year. We feel his song went very far.
