The talented Afro-pop Knii Lante has revealed that he does not see any song as bad and as such cannot hate any.

This comes at a time when most of the mainstream and afro-pop artistes have come out to blasts Azonto artistes for their lack of message and open use of profane innuendos in their music.

The sweet-voiced artiste and ‘when you love someone’ crooner was answering a question posed him by the host of Xfm’s flagship program Xpresslane Mauvi on how he felt about the songs and whether he hated them.

“I don’t hate any song, because when I listen to any music, I try to put myself in the frame of the artiste/writer and I tend to appreciate their work”.

“There are some songs you need to get into a certain frame to enjoy them and when you get there you tend to appreciate the work done”.

Recently most artistes have come under fire for switching to Azonto music relegating ‘good music’ to the background.

Even though most of the established acts seem to be moving with the new craze, Knii Lante says he still believes there is room for everybody and will continue to write good music for his fans.

Knii Lante has produced afro pop hits like ‘Lagos to Vienna’, ‘when you love someone’, ‘hips in sway ft SWAY’, ‘Nke bo noor’, amongst others and has worked with many acts in and out of Ghana.

He is currently promoting the ‘My girl’ video and audio single ‘Box Guitar’ which have had great reviews by many music lovers.
