Becca is a Ghanaian music diva by all standards and she has made some interesting revelations to Glitz Africa Magazine about her private life, upbringing and marriage.

Answering a question on whether her fans would soon see her walking down the aisle Becca, born Rebecca Acheampong, noted: “Like I always say, I look up to God and I pray that He Himself will direct me to the right path.

Marriage is not something you just pronounce on yourself- it’s a God-given thing. If the right person comes into my life and I’m ready to settle down, I will settle definitely. I love children and I can’t wait to have children.”

She also spoke about her upbringing: “It was an everyday growing up situation. Mother, father, home, children waking up in the morning, go to school, come back, eat dinner. I grew up in a very strict Christian home where church was compulsory every Sunday.

It still is; my father will call me Sunday morning and say ‘Wan ko asore?’ (You didn’t go to church?). My childhood was very interesting.” Becca for the first time revealed she grew up with her step-mother: “we are ten in all… I’m the fifth born and the first girl…I’m the only child from my mother and father but I don’t like to say that because my step-mum was the one who brought me up.

She’s a wonderful person, I grew up with her and I love her very much.”

The sensational award-winning artiste had other juicy revelations in the 10-page interview in the current edition of Glitz Africa.
