REV. PRINCE NYARKO’S dream of using gospel music to win more souls for Jesus Christ, has come to pass with the release of three albums.

This talented gospel artiste and pastor, is out, not only to entertain the downhearted with gospel music, but to also make a difference in the lives of the youth.

Rev Prince Nyarko happens to be one of the few talented gospel music stars and minister of Christ in the country, who is working tirelessly to bring people close to God. All his albums are true reflections of his desire for godliness.

The artiste’s music is mostly a blend of gospel, smooth jazz, inspirational pop and contemporary worship. He is described by his colleagues as a man full of the Holy Spirit's power and passion for gospel music.

Having sung for several years, Rev. Nyarko has the voice and demeanour that is appealing to Christians and non-Christians alike. The lyrics of his songs are really inspirational.

Rev. Prince Nyarko, who hails from Kwahu Bepong and has three albums to his credit, attended Maximilian International University where obtained a diploma in Community Economic Development. His first album ‘Hena Ne Adanfopa’, became number one on various music charts nationwide, and sold worldwide, likewise his second album.

The pastor disclosed that on Friday June 11, he will host a programme dubbed ‘Night Of Worship’ at Calvary Baptist Church at Circle, opposite Mr. Biggs, from 8pm to 4am.

The event is expected to attract a large number of Christians from all walks of life, including a number of Ghanaian gospel musicians.

He further disclosed that on February 23, 2001, he read a book titled ‘Fire In His Bones’ by the late Arch Bishop Idahosa, and after that he began praying.

He explained that whilst praying, something that looked like a video appeared on his wall, and in the video, he saw Jesus coming towards him. As he was watching, the video vanished from the wall and he saw Jesus in his room.

Rev Nyarko narrated, “I did not need someone to introduce him to me. His presence introduced himself. That means immediately I saw him, there was a perfect knowledge of his identity or personality. I believe every believer has his picture in his or her spirit. He did not speak to me. He started blowing air from his mouth into me. He was standing about three meters away from where I was sitting.”

He continued, “There were things I was permitted to see so that I would know whether I was having a vision or it was happening live. I saw my ceiling fan working, and my clock, the time was 7:15am. He blew the wind for about 30 minutes, after that the wind turned into fire from His mouth.

At a point in time, I knew I could not contain the fire any longer or I will die. When that occurred to me, I did not utter a word but He answered me ‘you said you need my power, therefore keep quiet and receive’. He continued for about 15 minutes, until I could feel literal fire all over me.”

The gospel star said that during the encounter, Jesus spoke twice, “the first one was when he told me to keep quiet and receive, and the second, after He finished, He gave me a message to two people I know, which I can’t share now”, adding “all throughout the encounter, I couldn’t speak a word in His presence, but I made a promise in my heart that I will let the whole world fall in love with Him.”

Immediately after the encounter, two mad people were healed at Tema during a crusade. After that day, while Rev. Nyarko was ministering a song, a woman was touched by the Holy Spirit and was healed from fibroid.
