Female Gospel musician, Rose Adjei has said she only feature secular musicians when she is led by God to do so.
Speaking in an interview with Sokoohemaa on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, the gospel artist stressed that, she will only consider a collaboration with secular musicians when led by the spirit.
She, however, revealed on the show that she has in the past backed secular musicians but will never do that again. She described her gospel music as divine and it will be difficult for her to go back.
When asked if she regretted backing secular musicians she said, ‘’I have not regretted because it was a learning process for me. I stopped backing secular musicians the moment I got married.’’ She explained, in the past because you wanted people to recognize your talent, you go through a lot of channels.
But later, I realized that if it was the work of God I wanted to do through music, he would give me the opportunity at his own time and I need not rush.’’ ‘’Until I am led, I will not feature a secular musician, I always say that my music is divine because I listen to what Gods says.
He is the one who directs my path,’’ she added. Rose Adjei has songs like “Judgement Day”, “Jesus Lives”, “M’ayeyie”, “Nsre Hey Hey”, “Lift Him High”, “Thank You Lord”, “Aseda” and “M’ayeyie” on her latest album titled “Judgment Day”.
