I'II win Gospel Artiste of the Year because I deserve it - Joyce Blessing

Gospel Artiste of the year nominee, Joyce Blessing has expressed confidence in winning the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs).

She believes she’s work so hard to deserve the award and Ghanaians can also agree with her position that, she deserves to be crowned the Gospel Artiste of the year.

Speaking to Sokoohemaa Kukua on Rainbwo Radio 87.5FM, the ‘I Swerve It’ hitmaker said ‘’It depends on hard work and how relevant you are in the system. I deserve the Gospel Artiste of the year. To me and Ghanaians, I deserve the award.’’

When asked if she performed better than the other nominees, she said, ‘’we have all done well. To be nominated means you have done well but the winner should be someone who has worked extremely hard the year under review.’’

Joyce Blessing is in that category with the reigning Artiste of Year, Joe Mettle, Patience Nyarko, Celestine Donkor, Nacee and Gifty Osei.

She is also in the gospel song of the year category with her Boot-4-Boot song together with Obi Nyanime - Patience Nyarko, Efatawo – Nacee, Adom - Gifty Osei and Jehovah - Ceccy Twum.
