A perfectly functioning traffic light at a busy intersection near Korle Gonno. And yet, standing there directing traffic was this smartly dressed Policewoman. So I asked the taxi driver: say, what? He replied that the Police presence was necessary because the drivers do not always obey the traffic lights, anyway, and tend to choke the intersection from time to time.
