I am still happy despite losing my only child – Eucharia Anunobi

Actress Eucharia Anunobi has revealed that she is still happy despite the loss of her only child.

The Nollywood star in 2017 lost her only son Raymond to sickle cell anaemia at the age of 15.

Prior to that, she had lost her father Pa Felix Anunobi after a brief illness.

But despite all the sad ievents the Nollywood star has faced in the last few years, Eucharia says she is happy in her life and thanks God for everything she had been through.

Speaking with TVC International, she said:

“I have to be happy because God tells me that in all things we should give him thanks. Don’t empathize with me. The bible says prepare yourself for calamity will definitely befall all of us. For me I rejoice, I am happy. I lost my only child, I am single and it looks like menopause is around the corner. And people are like ‘OMG but she is happy’. I am happy because God say I will do a new thing. God says restoration is in my hand.”
