Although it shows that we as a nation have people tapped into the Almighty’s connection, it is difficult to believe the sheer number of prophecies coming out against celebrities especially.
Fans of the named celebrities are outraged, the celebrities themselves are outraged, one can only imagine what the parents of said celebrities are going through and how they are handling the situation.
Well the most recent prophecy for a celebrity was aimed squarely at Shatta Wale and it seems his parents have issued an all out attack. His mum recently took said prophets to the cleaners and now his dad is formally taking one to court.
Charles Mensah Snr said he has petitioned the CID to investigate the prophet who said his son will commit suicide. The Kasoa-based prophet, Charles Dady, had prophesied that the musician will commit suicide out of frustration. His prophecy followed Shatta Wale’s threat to burn some churches if a prophecy about his death does not come true by December 2018.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Prince Tsegah on Showbiz Fylla on Hitz FM, Mr Mensah said he has urged the CID to investigate the prophet.
He showed a copy of the letter he sent to the CID last week.
The father of the controversial artiste, who said, the son is a true reflection of him, urged prophets who have prophecies about Shatta Wale “should get in touch with me” and not go public to make their declarations.
“When you want to churn out any negative thing about [any member of his family] they have to be very careful,” Shatta Wale’s father warned. “People should give me a break,” he angrily said. “Why don’t you say anything better than Shatta Wale?” Mr Mensah quizzed.
The CID though will only release a public statement when they deem necessary or substantial progress has been made in the case thus it is highly doubtful we will hear anything about this case again until it reaches its conclusion. In other news Shatta’s dad confirmed that the video that has gone viral which shows a woman who media claim to be Shatta’s mum is not his mum after all but maybe a loyal fan who feels aggrieved by the whole situation.
Asked about the alleged video, Charles Mensah Snr, father of Shatta Wale, told Prince Tsegah on Showbiz Fylla on Hitz FM that the musician’s mother didn’t record the video. According to him, the woman could be a loyal fan who only recorded the video to support his son.
Parents ought to fight for their kids regardless of how old they get.
